1. The battery adopts acid-resistant exhaust plug and double pole, which is safe to use. The acid-resistant exhaust plug of the battery has undergone a water-repellent treatment to ensure that the battery has good air permeability, correct the working environment, and reduce the consumption of electrolyte water.
2. The armored positive plate made of the battery using advanced technology can prevent the positive active material from falling off and prolong its service life.
3. When the single cells are combined into a battery pack, use wire welding connection to prevent sparks, reduce contact resistance, and ensure safe use and unobstructed wiring.
4. In order to avoid short circuit of the battery pack, the conductive exposed parts are covered with an insulating sheath, and the wire connection surface is coated with sealant to prevent corrosion by sulfuric acid and ensure safe use.
5. The grid is made of excellent lead-calcium multi-element alloy, which has good conductivity, corrosion resistance and excellent circulation ability;
6. It is made of high-purity electrolytic lead and other materials, with low self-discharge and strong charge retention ability;
7. Valve-controlled sealing is realized, maintenance is more convenient than ordinary batteries, the number of times of adding pure water is less, acid mist pollution is reduced, and labor intensity is reduced.
