Patent certificate of charging cabinet for mines with national certification
In view of different product qualities on the market currently, the following guarantees are made for the product
1. Damage rate of the electromagnetic drive lock does not exceed 1% within three months, not exceed 1% within half a year and not exceed 1% within a year. The free warranty is one year. (If it is damaged, employees cannot open and close the cabinet door to take the lamp for going up and down, affecting normal production progress of coal mine.)
2. Display screen of the cabinet door is TrueColor 16-digit color LCD. Its damage rate does not exceed 1% within three months, not exceed 1% within half a year and not exceed 1% within a year. The free warranty of the display screen is one year and its normal service life is over 8 years. (If it is damaged, the cabinet door cannot display real-time information of employees normally and employees cannot observe and judge normal charging and notice information of the miner's lamp.)
3. The manufacturer has national certificates of Utility Model Patent and quality management system certification for lamp position display device of miner's lamp charging equipment, electromagnetic drive lock and charging cabinet with electronic coded lock device for mines.
4. The manufacturer can provide list of customers and verification of various smart charging cabinets for miner's lamps (shipment record not less than 500 groups in total in 2018).
Four clauses above are fundamental quality guarantee for smart charging cabinet of miner's lamp and the fundamental point affecting customer utilization.
